I have owned IECS since last year when it took that 5 minute pop to 2.00 and the bid was 1.34,I didn't sell.No disrespect but I wish I would have sold at least some,I paid .18 I can wait a little longer.I don't think they got close to that NAVY contract,I think they tried but what ya gonna do?Bill Did you at least look at ABRG? I re-thought it and if they hit oil in Montana,cap the well,that's money in the hole.or not
