We are going to go with the OTC, to start with. Its faster and doesnt require a bunch of NASD headaches. But after a year or two Archival should very easily qualify for a full listing. The stock structure is designed with this in mind. I expect to have the Archival SB2 filed as soon as the audits come back... the text of the SB2 is for the most part finished waiting on the numbers. I hope to see Archival trading by the end of the month, if the CPA's come through. I think the Archival distribution will start this week... if the printers come through and get the certificates finished. KAA
