Just to show that things are starting to materialize. As I mentioned in the following post (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=7684709), it takes 12 to 18 months to land a major contract. Since CGI has started more than 12 months ago as a major player, we are now seeing the fruits of their labor. More new contracts to come.... These are my predictions..... I anticipate another 2 to 4 new contracts to be announced by September 1999, PLUS....one major acquisition and a smaller one by 1999 year-end. Also a strategic alliance with an important player in the insurance industry. All of this will bring CGI to a run rate of $3 Billion by the end of financial year 1999. Revenues should be around $1.7B to $1.8B with a stock value of $70cdn (excluding any split effect). This price will surpass CIBC Wood Gundy target of $50 since it will include a premium for the acquired company earnings. FY2000 should reveal revenues of about $3.5B after winning a major contract from the BCE family and from internal growth of about 15%. CGI stock should reach the equivalent of $100cdn by June 2000 (excluding any split effect). Again, after the integration, CGI will fortify its position worldwide to provide international services. Major contracts will continue to arise from CGI's new global presence and they will achieve their $4BB run rate by March 2001, well before their initial target date. I may be smoking pot here but these are my predictions.
