The facts I am aware of do not establish that management (1) knew what would happen; (2) concealed it until (3) they got their sales at a high price; and (4) then announced it to the public.

Furthermore, do you know whether these sales were of stock gained via the exercise of (perhaps) low-priced options, with (perhaps) an expiration date? Do you know how many shares each seller retains?

Many questions, many questions.
