>>>The directors register I have access to show at least 3 dir. have resource affiliations .Fred Singer shown as a director of Charriot res. and Flin Flon res. Edith Pokrandth a dir. of seven various resource companies and a Rocco Rossi a dir. of Abvanced materials . <<<

Doug, you information is old. Singer is on the board and does have resource affiliations as you say. Both Pokrandth and Rossi are no longer directors of BII, the board composition changed in November when they did their last financing.

Only one board member with resource affiliations. I don't think that Singer is controlling the agenda. As well, in November, Yorkton's board member was removed. I don't think this is being pumped and dumped like a resource stock, so don't make that inference. BII is for real, with a real business plan and a real market. They have made the right alliances and are using the right processes to make themselves known in the weeks leading up to NASDAQ. If your only reason to be long on BII is because it looks like a resource stock, you should sell, not because BII will not be increasing in value, but because you don't understand BII and you shouldn't own something you don't understand.
