Oh, I see. Since Clinton is now damaged goods, it's back to Reagan-bashing.

So if it's Reagan's fault that Guatemalans killed 200,000 of their own citizens, whose fault is it that Rwandans butchered 100s of thousands of their own? That was on Clinton's watch. What was he thinking? And what about the ongoing murders in the Balkans?

Clinton has done nothing there except have "talks", and meanwhile the killing goes on, with 100s of thousands being ran out of their own homes, homes being torched, people shot, etc.

When is Clinton going to stop the bloodshed there in the Balkans? That is all happening entirely on his watch. What is he thinking????????????
