I to am worried about the companies cash position. If they only have $30,000 (approx) left according to there latest quarterly report how will they function properly.

The company needs money to:

1) move it's operations to the USA
2) keep lots of product in the pipe
3) pay for it's daily operations
4) keep paying it's employees

The only thing that I can think of in this case is either a private placement or the company selling shares out of treasury. Either way this is probably going to dilute existing shareholders.

I will attempt to contact Brian Leeners tomorrow and ask about the cash crunch. If I can't reach him by phone I will send him an email, he is always fast to send a response. Whatever I find out, I will let all shareholders who follow this thread know.
