I think you are an attorney, right? Do you think it is too late for me to rush out tonight and buy a copy of W98, register it, so I can be part of the settlement a couple of years from now? What we need is a smoking gun just like the tobacco industry. May be some insider with a conscience will speak up. I like the way MSFT said they will fix the bug. What is there to fix when it is functioning perfectly as MSFT has intended all along. I wish some state will file criminal charges. Ramsey
