Is a computer included with the machine?

I forgot to answer the question<g> It could be but I opted to use my own PC. Controllers for low end (less than $20,000) machines are mostly PC based. It is a DOS crowd! They claim Windows is not quick enough for machine control..I am done with DOS or at least will not begin a new endeavor with DOS. I found a Win based controller..software sends gcode through the serial port to a black box that sends signals to another black box with motor controllers inside that control the stepper motors. The stepper motors drive the router by turning a threaded shaft. One movement in the stepper motor translates into five thousandths of an inch movement in the router.
