OT Andrew, thanks for addressing this...if you could answer a question, I would appreciate it. I have heard that OTC isn't on instinet, so when a BB "gaps up" premarket, how do people know? I often see posts before market opens where people post the bid/ask, higher than close previous day, and it changes, right up until market opens. I have seen this type of post on OTC. What are these premarket changes in bid/ask? Is it just the MM's jockeying for position, or something else? Is it special info available only on Level II? Thanks Andrew, for your always informative posts!
