Thanks for that post.... Rather than sell my VLSI, I added some. If the stock was worth $28/share last year when LSI Logic made their offer, I would think it should be worth something north of $25 today, in a MUCH more hopeful market for semis.... just mho, of course, and perhaps we won't see the true value of VLSI....but with good volume in shares above $18, SOMEBODY thinks the value is above Phillips current offer. So... I'll hold for now..
