I would imagine that the share price for the patent will fall under the category of a private placement for debt. If such is the case, then I'm GUESSING the the Alberta Stock Exchange will base the price on the price that the shares were trading at the day before the news release or else the price on the trading day before the application was made. I'm also GUESSING that they probably wouldn't allow a discount.
