I did some checking on the new PR guys, and so far, haven't uncovered much. Here's what I've got so far: * There are two people involved: Chad (Christopher) Hill and Len (Leonard) Fernandes. * I ran the phone numbers listed: (925) 945-7910 and (510) 538-8916. The first number came back as unlisted, and the second number came back listed as a residential customer (Len Fernandes) in Hayward, CA. * I haven't been able to locate any SEC enforcement actions against these individuals or their companies (Hill Communications and LF Communications). I have also not been able to locate any court cases with these guys or their companies in the last 10 years using a database used by attorneys.
