I could be wrong on the interpretation. I believe the quotes are in Eurodollars and do not have the exchange rate difference. Easdaq site has a news release this a.m. of an arbitration award for Grand Technologies against TRBD. Unfortunate timing for longs, but honorable re. full disclosure. I presume they were "encouraged" to release the bad with the good. No indication at nasdaqtrader.com of resumption yet. Time to nap until the open(?) in the states.
