Thomas- I assume you've seen this, but just in case... Seagate Technology Inc. (SEG) 29 7/8: disk drive marker to take a one-time charge in the current fiscal quarter related to the restructuring of certain worldwide operations; expects charge to be in the range of $50 - $60 mln; according to First Call, for fiscal Q3, SEG is projected to earn $0.46 a share; see press release.....
