Funny, but I see that this is from July, 1996. That was the date of the first report I noted from Chuck. So, if he lifted his rating from Neutral to Outperform almost three years ago when the stock was trading at $24, then that emphasizes my position.

What you failed to note was that he did have a $66 price target before he got caught up in the blow-ups of PSFT/JDEC/BAANF (and the 10 names in his coverage universe).
