EyeDrMike, Its a standard ploy to put out a bunch of publicity surrounding products on or around the day that you annouce something like this restructuring. The Dragon IPO probably wasn't put on hold for anything else....there are still quite a few coming to market. My take on all of this.. not sure yet. This is an awfully large charge and I'm wondering what the payback period is (if any) resulting from this. Actually sounds like we have a discontinued operation and a restructuring combined. I wonder how much of the charge relates to which??? Scott.
