Ram, I'm unsure how you conclude the trigger change is good news for all of us asking for a higher price. Can you share your thoughts on that with us?

My own reaction is that it suggests that Philips doesn't either have or have access to as much as 20% of VLSI (yet?) Which then to me raises the question of just who Lazard Freres was buying for... which continues to suggest that there is some substance in the smoke... Any and all contrary thoughts welcome, of course...
