Jason: On China...in my judgment, the noises emanating from China are political in nature rather than technological. It is becoming progressively more obvious that 3G, in whatever final configuration, will be based on some form of direct sequence spread spectrum, i.e. CDMA. Keep in mind that negotiations over convergence are at a boil right now, so every possible political chit is being called in. Said another way, the noise content is high while the information value is low. I believe the Slim Phone will be available by mid-summer. What do I think of Cabi's decision to raise his estimates, opine that the investors' conference was bullish, increase his target price and STILL maintain a hold rating? Hmmm. I really don't know. But I do have a question for you. What do you think a $2 whore costs in 1999 dollars? All the best, Gregg
