A closer look at CSCO. Based on historical PE, CSCO is overpriced. marketguide.com Insiders sold out more than 1.3 million shares in the last six months. Comparison of historical PE for the last 4 years shows that CSCO at 120+ PE is two times more than their last 3 years' averaged PE. Based on these facts, imo, CSCO has the risk potential to come down quite a bit. all imo
