PHOTOMAN,

I'm well aware of what a restructuring is and includes as costs. I guess I should have put out a question...Was this plant providing services to anyone other than just Seagate?? Is this the same plant that they were trying to sell? If its a line of business then its a discontinued op. The only difference in this case is the actual amount the line of business was making (losing). Contrast this vs. a restructuring which is meant to make the entity lean and mean. This usually has a payback period. So my second question (request) is that someone calculate or find out what the payback period is. My hope as a shareholder is that it is relatively short and that this is not some sort of ploy to just look leaner and meaner.

Scott.
