Mitchell (4 ) From: Spider Valdez Sunday, Mar 7 1999 9:37PM ET Reply # of 30 no, dean dumont is. he told us & others that michael zwebner was dumping restricted stock before the restriction was up & he had a large short in dctc. this turned out not to be true. because i questioned zwebner about this subject performing diligence on dean dumont's claim, i was named as one of the ten 'john does' in the case. i am quite sure the lawyers will work this out & i believe we can provide solomont & his legal team any information they need to help them in their case against dean dumont. spider How many of us think he should "perform" enough "diligence" to permit him to come to the understanding that he is indeed being sued by Zwebner? Unbelievably craven, isn't he? OF COURSE "someone else" is always to blame... lololololol!!
