You are being an unfairbasher! I have done plenty of DD on this stock. Yes the share issue is a problem. But how many BB's do you know have that CAN NOT effect a reverse split. Managment has been VERY forth coming. I like the concept and now they have a partner who is going to make it come to reality. You don't have to like or buy the stock. But you don't have to bash and make things up either.
