And what evidence do you have for that particular characterization, David? There's plenty enough bile here for everyone, near as I can tell. Civil Neocon congratulated me for winning on impeachment, why should I be bitter anyway? I find it amusing for a dyed-in-the-wool Clinton hater like you to be lecturing on bile. I also find it amusing to redirect the omnipresent Clinton hatred here in my direction from time to time. Though, for political purposes, I prefer the "all Clinton hatred, all the time" channel keep its focus. Only 20 months to the next election, keep working on that "you're stupid, and we're not!" campaign theme.
Finally, "values." Many Republicans, cross about public support for Clinton, seem to think American values need protection from . . . Americans. As an electoral appeal, that needs work.

Granted, Clinton's silken charm makes one long for honest rancor. But Republicans who think people support him only because they have been irrationally charmed resemble Democrats who ascribed Reagan's popularity to his smile. A party in denial is in danger.
