What you are saying, then, is that there is a potential for a duopoly, or some federally- and municipality-driven type of splitting up of most of the neighborhoods for two players, and then there are all insignificant others. Correct me if I'm mistaken. IMO, this wont fly beyond crossing over of the initial chasm stage, which, admittedly, could take several years. Not because it's either right or wrong, but because of the way things are.
