Gary, the "positive" comments are qualitative not quantitative. The bottom line is they expect the Q to be down sequentially . If I recall correctly the seasonal sequential decline Q4 to Q1 decline first appeared two years ago prior to that the industry saw steady sequential gains on a quarterly basis. I expect a revenue warning but as M Bearke-g- points out they can probably make the earnings estimates. The analysts will be sure to set the target low enough so INTC can " beat the estimate" and Maria Bartiromo can cheer about the great numbers. -g- Mike
