I would hardly categorize YF as a sort of "no lose" opportunity.

At this point, it will take news to move the stock either higher or lower and I would certainly argue that the probability of negative news, given the recent happenings, is as likely as anything positive.

For YF to fall another $1 might not seem like much to someone who's held the stock for a while but it's a heck of a lot for anyone who's bought recently. There's never such thing as low or no risk with a stock like YF.

It strikes me that most of the positives outlined here so far appear more to be ways of legitimizing a continued position in a poor performing investment than anything else. When looking at reasons too buy or hold a stock, ask yourself if you could easily add in something like "I hope..." to the front of each reason. Chances are that you'll find you're coning yourself about half the time.
