Joe, I've always wondered about information being communicated between and officer of a company and a shareholder. Since this conversation may have been about the condition of the company and its direction shouldn't this be public information?

Why o Why are there so many darn secrets with TMM. It only breeds suspicion, and to me, scares off more investors than it would attract.
If Tom has something to say, be it positive of negative I would respect that it be done in a public venue, not by phone calls to a select few, then passed on by email or more phone calls.

As a shareholder I have as much right to company information as every other shareholder. If a press release is not being put out and information is still going out to a "select" few then I cry foul.

This practice has got to stop, this company has got to abide by some form of regulatory methodology, shareholder meetings, press releases, or some method that all shareholders agree upon.
