I see GNET as having 3 main pillars, with synergy between each of them:

1. Search--Metacrawler (and 100Hot)
2. Finance--SI and Stocksite
3. E-Commerce--Hypermart and Web Market

Each of the three has best of kind assets. Metacrawler is the most useful search engine around; SI is the best stock discussion site on the Internet; Hypermart is the largest small business free web hosting site. Each has different revenue streams. Search is driven by advertising; finance by subscriptions and advertising; E-commerce by advertising, fees for upgraded hosting, and, most importantly over the long run, e-commerce interaction and services for the 150,000+ hosted sites.

Put this package together--each of the pillars is profitable on its own--and you have a very intelligently constructed Internet business that will grow rapidly and, unlike many others, profitably.
