***** OT ***** David - You can run Linux and Windows on the same PC, but not at the same time. There has been a lot of work done on Windows emulators that will allow you to run Windows programs on Linux or Unix. They don't work very well yet. There are commercially available Windows emulators for Macintoshes which do allow you to run Windows programs on Macs. They are usually said to be rather slow, and incompatibilites with particular programs do crop up. There is not, to my knowledge, any way to run Macintosh programs on an Intel processor. I run Windows 98 and Windows NT on my Intel-based PCs, using a dual-boot setup. I run the Mac OS on my Mac clone. - Allen
