It all sounds good, but I still don't know if Hummingbird has to pay a royalty based on the sales of angoss software or did they just buy the software for a one time fee and we don't get anything else. I also believe that Hummingbird has it's own data mining tools, or have they been replaced with the Angoss software. If I can get answers to these 2 questions, I will make up my mind on additional stock purchases. Cheers
