Well, this is without a doubt conspiracy claptrap. OTOH, I don't really have a problem PER SE with a world gov't. It just depends on how it is managed. In fact, it would POTENTIALLY be a great thing, Libertarian-wise. After all, tons of dictatorships would be dissolved and lots of people would (potentially) be freed of a yoke of subservience. Sovereignty is overrated...after all, can ANYONE REALLY define what it means to be a country or a nationality in a CONSISTENT manner? The Economist runs this test from time to time. Nobody can.
