That was a pretty stunning announcement this morning to me. One of the CNBC guys this morning was just going into the "Intel trial tomorrow, blah blah blah, then said, no, looks like they just settled." Still more "issues" to review, though.
So, the argument by Intergraph, DEC and Compaq, that Intel was not adequately divulging intellectual property in the form of new product specs, is getting settled, sounds like. Last week, I think the broader issue of monopolistic, predatory behavior by Intel that made life miserable for Yosemite Sam AMD that keeps shooting itself in the foot anyway, was put aside also. Is that it? I know they're saying still more "issues" to review, though.
