First I don't see how they could have anticipated this buyout to the very day. Second for years threadsters have been grousing about how long the tests take to get back. The company does something about it and what do they get? Your charges of 'ethics' problems.

I'll trust the company, they have never played anything but by the rules. It's a slow process, but for those of us who have been around for awhile it is progress. Regardless of what those 'Well meaning' short sellers have to say about it all.
