Re: Japan and Liquidity

I think that the SOX will be a major drive in this rally, first because we will be post some sizeable retrenchment (like INTC having touched if not breached $95, where it will be a bargain, IMHO) and because the industry will be in the throws of a cyclical expansion."

Don,
As I recall (from about a year ago), you were very good at retriving some interesting articles on the Internet. As the Asian Crisis brought fear into our markets you seemed to unearth very timely articles.

Do you have anything that refers to the details involved in Japan's Big Bang and how it may add liquidity to our bond and stock markets? I recall you and I posting some very impressive figures regarding the size of the postal savings system in Japan.

I think Zeev may have a point about, "dispostalization." That may be key to how Japan effects our markets more than anything else. I sure would appreciate anything you can find.
Thanks,
MikeM(From Florida)

PS Zeev, I usually never cut&paste over from another thread without permission. But I didn't think you would mind me cutting and pasting your comments above. I just thought it was timely to Don's comments and wanted to work it in quickly.
