SSMK-since you asked here is why I like SSMK: Chairman- Bill Grimes former Pres of ESPN President- Bill Kroske founder of Century 21 1.6 Million students enter college every year and growing at 6%. 80% receive financial aid SSMK assists students seeking scholarships with a 94% success rate They handle both scholastic and athletic They collect revenue from both students and schools They will be announcing high profile corporate sponsorships i.e. companies will pay the students fee to use SSMK's service (Companies they are currently securing sponsorship with Coors, Denver Broncos) and I would imagine ESPN and Century 21 are on their hit list They have already announced a 5 million dollar ad campaign( for a co w/ market cap of 6-8 million this is incredible) American Express is working to raise them capital for an acquisition. Amex gets paid nothing unless the stock hits $1.00 Financing deal expected in next two weeks acquisition to follow. (they are already negotiating w/ co if not settled on terms already) Acquisition target is in same field w/ significant operations. Plan to go NASDAQ by year end All of this came from DD w/ co reps including Bill Kroske-Pres
