The broad markets (SPX, RUT, COMPX) have finally risen back to the levels of Feb 24 and are fixin' to bust through to the upside. (The DJII is already significantly higher.)

SOX is about to go higher as well, as everything but one of its components is pushing higher. Oops! Micron is out of gas!
