Well, Uncle Allen is on TV again, this time talking about mortgage rates. Guess I can forget about refinancing after he is done with his talk. I am so glad we have a government agency who takes care of our investments, comments on which stock sectors are good and which are bad, whether the stock market is too high, and what we should do about our mortgages. Thank you, Big Brother.
