JS,

They already have such a backlog to wire up for bidirectional (SF Bay Area) that they are not demand driven. So why spend money to encourage increases in demand? A short while ago TCI/ATHM had demo units wired up in CompUSA stores (SF Bay area). Awesome. Especially RealAudio and RealVideo.
