I received my shipment today. As per you and David's request, here's what I found, after chilling them.
I had the "Super Charge" orange. Wow, that is one really "orange" taste, it reminded me of some soda (what did we used to call them then?)(other than "sodie") my dad used to buy for me at the country store. I don't think it was Nehi, but some other around the same time Nehi was a big deal. (Wait... I can't be that old! Must be recalling a past life or something. Right???) Anyway, it was really "orange", I loved the taste. Not your laid back taste, it was as if your taste buds exploded (I still say I should have a job writing copy). (Cliche's and all).
I had the drink about 2 pm, and as you guys know, I usually have my tea about four or five. When I do, it's because I'm feeling a little run down. However, I did not feel run down this time. Could be a coincidence, but it's unusual for me to not have that 4pm or 5 pm break.
When I had the Regain-G earlier this year (compliments of Doug Poe) I was practically jolted by it; very pleasantly. The Super Charge with Siberian Ginseng didn't give me the same effect, but apparently it did have an effect. It's not supposed to, I hope you understand, its designed to be milder than the Regain -- and more affordable. No doubt about it, I'd buy it.
The label tells you what it's "reported" to do (that is, the herbs in it.) It's well-written, I believe; I'd buy my first bottles based on that.
I think they should try different "packaging", though. Something brighter. Then again, its hard to argue with success. Maybe "low-key" works in 1997 on this sort of product? They do look good here, sitting on my desk. Maybe the "look" grows on you.
To reiterate, the one I had tasted good. And it had the desired effect. Plus, it is selling well in a tough, wintery market.
I'm a well-pleased stockholder.
I'll be trying the others out over the next few days, and let you know about taste and such.
Regards,
Ron
