This sector is getting a whole lot of attention lately. First Data is in with Microsoft and are developing a EBPP system to compete with Checkfree. It sounds like blls could do a joint venture with both and keep to the small to mid-size customers. If word of EBPP would spread to the markets, and the savings involved with the whole process, I think we would see alot of these stocks move up like the online trading brokerage stocks did.

Any thoughts ??
