How bright do you have to be to see that a proposal coming from Microsofts competitors for the nature of the breakup is poisoned by the desire of those competitors to see the competition wiped out? If the competition is supporting the 'baby bills' proposal, and have really done some analysis, then that proposal is the one that is worst for MSFT. BTW, are you now working for the MSFT competition in any way? Or is this still all pro bono advice? :-) Chaz
