Earlie, how about the possibility that Celeron price cuts have taken back share from AMD in the last 4 weeks? Its also possible that AMD has de-ramped the K6-2 in order production of the k6-3 which has been ready for over 3 months, but not yet shipped, because of capacity limitations. INTC may have its own set of problems, but they are not related to this AMD problem IMO. Gary
