Funds are lemmings. They follow the leader. That's why Peter Lynch has repeated over and over that with a little homework the little guy can beat the big boys at their own game.

CHRZ met earnings estimates. Management did its job.

If you think that CHRZ represents good value at $12+, just "Buy."
