Jeff: Sorry for the delay in replying to you. On a strictly technical basis TEAL looks like it may try and rally here. If it fails to get above $23, I would guess that like many IPO's it will retest the recent low, and if it fails that it will probably get to the $10 price range. (A number of IFs there). The selling of stock by shareholders is normally not well recieved. JMHO BR
