burt-- i agree on the layoffs, a positive, but one that was unknown. but even i knew about the earlier yeild and potential loss problems, though the loss is now confirmed. however, in my experience, when someone says we MAY have a loss, they mean get ready for a loss. the stock price indicates that it has been factored in. maybe a point on the downside, but i doubt it. its just already in it. good luck to all, trey
