HQ put out a wildly bullish report just before the close today. Michael Lackman is now estimating $.53 for q1 and $2.10 for the year and $2.65 for 2000. He said VISX will do approximately 77% of 800,000 proceedures this year and is selling machines as fast as they can manufacture them. He has further assumed in the numbers an additional $11m or 20cents additonal marketing in 99. Look for another pop tomorrow.
