Earnings numbers affect the price of the stock. Subscribers and revenue producing partnerships contribute to that, but only to the inputs of the balance sheet. Its a whole equation. If management is not managing thw whole sheet it won't matter. To date they haven't done much to positively influence that bottom line. If they don't do it soon, there might not be a next quarter to worry about.

The 'great job' management, employees, everyone does is ultimately measured in shareholder wealth. Until the share price improves, we are looking at their ongoing report card eveytime you check the stock price.

Its not the convertibles, its not the shorters, and its not the competition by and large. Its whether the collective market deems this stock as worth accumlating or distributing. When I look at the chart, I don't see a vote of confidence. But I am willing to risk money that they can pull it off, that they have something saleable. But if I am speculating and wrong, it will be expensive.
