Matey, here is a posting I put on INSIDER TRADING wrt NMO and
its cash position;

They are probably holding the cash for interest payments on debentures (approx. 2.5M/year), for debt to the Northern breweries,
working capital, and redemption of debentures (about $25M, due in
Nov. 2004). However in terms for having sufficient funds to redeem the debentures, they need about $5M over next 5 years. They are getting about $10+ M from the only reporting breweries each year. Once NMO gets control of Northern breweries and can report earnings from them, NMO could be a cash cow. With the recent share cancellation, EPS should really move up soon. This stock has probably already hit rock bottom, great upside.

..........

Investors should not think about receiving a $1 dividend, they should
concentrate on increased EPS due to smaller float, consistent earnings, low PE, and addition of earnings from Northern Breweries.
That alone qualifies this company as a BUY.
