OK folks, I've been trying to look into this thing and don't know much more than when it started except 2 things. 1. If is it true, then what was the reason behind the 500K shares being mentioned. Was it used for personal or company use? Was it for shareholder value or just dilution? 2. Until all the facts are learned, either true or false, good or bad, all of this is going nowhere except to fight. I will change streets question a little, E', do you swear you did not dump your stock based on anything you may have known about the meeting? wb
